A Friday Favorite

Pizza night is a must-have tradition. Ours is usually Fridays.
I usually make use the small pizza stone to make a ham and pineapple pizza for the kids. Then on the big daddy stone, I go crazy with the veggies. My favorite topping combination is bell peppers, mushrooms, a little bit of steamed spinach, some kind of meat (chicken or what ever is leftover from dinners that week) and garlic. Yum.
We had a couple extra kiddies this night while their mom went on an outing.
I love the left-overs on Saturdays. Sometimes they'll even last 'till Sunday after church.

That looks delicious. Do you make your own dough?

Yes. I've found an easy recipe from one of my favorite recipe books, The Food Nanny Rescues Dinner. It only takes a few ingredients, and the hardest thing about it is rolling it out in the circle shape of the pizza stone.
